How Does This Work?
With Flat Fee MLS Realty, you will maintain full control of the sale of your home. In exchange for one low fee, our brokerage will list your property on the MLS and other popular real estate websites such as Reatlor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and Homes.com, as well as many others. Flat Fee MLS Realty will also provide you with the contracts and forms that you need to sell your home. Just follow our six steps listed below to get your home sold.
Step 1: Choose a Plan
Plans range from the Silver plan ($49 One-Time) to the Gold plan ($79 One-Time) to the all-inclusive Platinum plan ($249 One-Time).
Step 2: Supply Your Info
Complete our easy to follow online questionnaire regarding your home’s details and all of it’s features. We list it on the MLS for you.
Step 3: Prep Your Home
Prepare your home for showing by improving your landscaping, cleaning the outside, making repairs, removing clutter and depersonalizing.
Step 4: Meet With Buyers
Interview all potential buyers to determine if they’re qualified and schedule the home viewings with those buyers at your convenience.
Step 5: Get Under Contract
You will negotiate with a buyer until an agreement is reached and then we will provide the paperwork needed to get under contract.
Step 6: Go to Closing
We’ll make sure you closing goes without a hitch and is a 100% legal and reputable sale. It’s really that easy to save thousands of dollars!
